Terms of Service
§1 Scope and Parties
(1) These Terms apply to the use of SissyDeals (sissydeals.de) operated by P&P Management GmbH, Vienna, Austria (“Operator”).
(2) By using the platform, the user agrees to these Terms. Changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
§2 Platform Role (Affiliate Service Only)
(1) SissyDeals is an affiliate deal aggregation platform. The Operator does not sell products, hold inventory, ship goods, or process payments for third-party purchases.
(2) Clicking external links redirects the user to third-party websites (e.g. Amazon). Any purchase agreement is exclusively between the user and the third party.
(3) The Operator is not responsible for:
product availability
pricing changes
shipping, returns or refunds
product quality or warranties
§3 Services and Subscription (Free & Pro)
(1) Basic platform usage is free.
(2) Pro features may include:
AI wishlist analysis
personalized deal matching
alerts and notifications
advanced filtering tools
(3) Pro subscriptions are paid and recurring.
(4) Billing is handled via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.

§4 Cancellation
(1) All subscriptions may be cancelled with a 1-month notice period.
(2) Cancellation can be done via Stripe portal or via email:

§5 Right of Withdrawal
(1) Consumers have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right.
(2) Withdrawal requests can be sent to:

(3) A proportional compensation may apply for services already used.

§7 User Obligations
Users agree to:
provide accurate information
secure their credentials
avoid scraping or automated access
avoid misuse of AI features
avoid harmful or malicious inputs
§8 Availability
No guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and technical issues may occur.
§9 Liability
Unlimited liability in cases of intent, gross negligence, and personal injury. Otherwise limited to foreseeable damages.
No liability for third-party services or products.
§10 Pricing and Taxes
All prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
§11 Force Majeure
No liability for events beyond reasonable control (hosting outages, API failures, payment providers, etc.).
§12 Governing Law
Austrian law applies, excluding CISG. Jurisdiction is Vienna where legally permitted.
§13 Final Clause
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains valid.
